One of my favorite parts of wedding photography is the attention to detail and capturing the essence of your wedding day and tell your unique love story through photography. Communication is key when it comes to working together. You can expect me to communicate with you before, during, and after your wedding day to ensure that we capture all the important moments. I am always open to your ideas and willing to collaborate with you to create a vision for your wedding photos. Additionally, I am able to provide guidance and advice on everything from the best time of day for photos to the most photogenic locations at your venue. Having been in the photography industry for the better part of a decade, I have a vast portfolio of work, experience working with different lighting situations, and the ability to direct and pose you and your wedding party to get the perfect shot. I will also have backup equipment and know how to handle any unexpected situations that may arise. I will also provide you with high-quality prints and albums that you can treasure your momentous day for years to come.

Having quality photos shouldn’t pose a doubt in your mind, especially if it is because of a financial hardship. It breaks my heart to hear that couples go without photos due to finances. This is why I offer payment plans. There are SO MANY ways we can split payment. So, if you’re struggling, know that I hear you and I have been there personally. We got this. Let's figure it out together.

I understand that every couple is unique, and so should be their special day. That's why I offer the flexibility to create your own custom wedding package.
*Included couples sessions must be used within one year of wedding.
This additional session has no cash value and is 100% non-transferrable.*
Contract
While it may not be my favorite task, it's important to have all expectations documented for clarity. Once the contract is signed, you'll get an email confirming the details of your session, including the date, time, and location.

Payment Plans
Once the retainer is paid, we can discuss a no-interest payment plan for the remaining session fee, or I can send you an invoice specifying the date for the balance payment. Please inform me promptly if you're interested in a payment plan.

Travel Fees
For sessions outside my usual area, please reach out to me for a travel quote! I love travel and even have a passport and obsession with destination weddings!
Permit Fees
If permits are needed for your chosen location, the fee will be added to your invoice.
Retainer
To confirm your session booking, a non-refundable $750 retainer payment is required. This amount will be deducted from the total cost and is essential to secure your chosen date and time.
Late Payments
If you fall behind on payments, I'll reach out to check in. If you're facing financial issues, please reach out to me. I believe in supporting good people, and I'll do my best to assist you. However, I can only help if you communicate with me.

How do I book a shoot?
Your first step is to contact me! A quick initial phone or zoom call is the best way to get to know each other, see if we’re a good fit, and go over any pre-booking questions about the portrait process, available dates, and locations.
What is your typical timeline?
I typically book out two months ahead.
You'll typically have access to a proofing gallery of all your images within two weeks of your session. After receiving your favorites, it takes me approximately two weeks to finish the editing process and to send out your finalized gallery.
Do you have a referral program?
YES! I like to provide extra images when referring AND being referred by someone!
Can I share my online gallery with other people?
Absolutely! Sometimes it's nice to have others look through your images to help you decide which pictures to print. If you have opted for a password protected gallery, they'll just need your password to access the gallery.
What happens if I don't like a print or product?
We stand by the quality of our prints and products and want to make sure that you are absolutely thrilled with them. If there is an issue with your order, we will work diligently to replace the affected items in a timely manner.
Do you photograph destination weddings?
A: Yes! I am more than happy to create a custom wedding collection to suit your travel needs.
Are the people featured on your site models?
No. While I am lucky enough to work with gorgeous clients, all of the images shown on my site and blog are of regular, paying clients.
Do you offer payment plans?
A: Absolutely! I know money gets tight and booking a wedding package is an expense that not everyone can afford. When it comes to payment plans, I can break down payments to work with most financial situations. Whether or not to document your big day should never be a question.
What payment methods are available?
I accept cash and all major credit cards.
What if I don't want my session blogged or posted on social media?
I completely respect your right to privacy. If you would prefer to not have your images posted on social media or on the Family Focused Photography blog, I will refrain from doing so. Do note that your images will be uploaded to an online gallery, but this is password protected and nobody else can access your images except for you.
Can I order my prints and products at your studio?
Sure thing! I am happy to provide custom ordering sessions at the studio. This is a complimentary service that's typically scheduled a month after your photo shoot. Alternatively, you can order all your prints and products online in your own home.
Can I get a refund on digitals?
Due to the nature of the product being unable to be physically returned, I cannot refund any digital purchases.
